Shaji John is the co-founder and the Managing Partner of JT Venture Partners, LLC. Mr. John focuses in the areas of storage infrastructure and software and is currently on the board of IBRIX and RateIntegration. Prior to co-founding JT Venture Partners, Mr. John worked at MFS Investment Management, a Boston based mutual fund company, where he was a technology analyst covering software and Internet infrastructure companies. During his investment career Mr. John was named "Best of the Buy Side" by Institutional Investor magazine and voted top 15 analysts/fund managers in the United States by Reuters/Tempest survey of the CFOs and Investor Relations Managers of the S&P 500 companies. Prior to entering the investment management industry in 1994, Mr.John worked for General Electric Consulting Services as a software engineer designing middle-ware and industrial automation systems. He has published and presented papers related to discrete event system simulation and expert systems. Mr. John holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, MS in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research, and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Thomas Thekkethala is the co-founder and the Managing Partner of JT Venture Partners, LLC. He has over fifteen years of diversified experience in founding, financing and leading technology start-ups. He founded two companies in the network software space, both of which were succesfully acquired. During his career, he has led teams that have developed and deployed technology at the leading telecom carriers in the U.S. Mr. Thekkethala is on the board of RateIntegration and IBRIX. He has published and presented papers on technology at the major telecommunications conferences nation-wide . Mr. Thekkethala holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Information Management from Washington University, St.Louis, where he also served on the School of Engineering faculty for over five years.
