From Mass Turnpike and Point West of Boston:

Exit Mass Turnpike, 1-90E via ramp at sign reading "Prudential Ctr./ Copley Sq." Proceed straight ahead on Stuart St,RT-9 and turn left on Dartmouth St. Proceed 3 blocks to Newbury St. Turn left and go 1 block to Exeter St. Turn left, go 1 block and turn left on Boylston St. One Exeter Plaza is on the corner of Exeter and Boylston Streets.

From Boston Logan Airport:

Exit Airport and follow signs for Sumner Tunnel/Boston and I-93. Enter Sumner Tunnel. After exiting the Sumner Tunnel, stay in the left lane and head up the ramp sign posted for I-93 North. Pass two exits and take Storrow Drive West exit. Continue on Storrow Drive and take Copley Square exit on the left. Turn right onto Beacon Street and go 2 blocks to Clarendon Street. Turn left on Clarendon Street, proceed 2 blocks and turn right on Commonwealth Avenue. Proceed 2 blocks and turn left on Exeter St. Proceed 2 blocks and turn left on Boylston St. One Exeter Plaza is on the corner of Exeter and Boylston Streets.
